What StrandedSafe is

StrandedSafe is a preparedness tool that keeps roadside information and next steps accessible when a driver is stranded. It is not insurance, roadside coverage, a towing company, a dispatch service or a vehicle maintenance app. Keep the roadside coverage you already have.

Emergencies

In an emergency, call 911 first. StrandedSafe does not send help and does not contact anyone on your behalf.

Membership

Memberships are annual: Individual $19/year and Family $29/year. They renew automatically each year unless you cancel, and cancelling keeps your access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Your information

You are responsible for keeping your saved details accurate and current. We remind you every six months. Because your roadside plan is stored on your device, clearing your browser data or changing devices may require you to set it up again.

Availability

We work hard to keep StrandedSafe available offline, but we cannot guarantee that a phone, browser or network will behave as expected in every situation. StrandedSafe is provided as-is.
